Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main square, making it super convenient to explore the city. The rooms, although not very spacious, are cozy and have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The dining experience was delightful, with a lovely buffet and even musicians playing during happy hour. One downside was the lack of a view from the rooms, but overall, a great value for money.
The hotel is conveniently located near all the historic sites of Cusco, making it great for exploring the area. The rooms are not very private due to the courtyard view, but the presence of a sofa adds some comfort. The service provided by the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Wow! This hotel was a gem! The rooms were spacious, very clean, and even had a separate toilet and shower. Despite our early check-in, they were ready for us and offered complimentary fruits and chocolate to make us feel extra special. While there was some street noise, they did their best to mitigate it.
The hotel offers lovely rooms that are beautiful and comfortable, though they felt a little warm and lacked complete privacy due to a shared courtyard. The service was exceptionally gracious and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance of Cusco's heart and major attractions, featuring live music and a cozy courtyard setting. The dining experience was top-notch, with a variety of options including a delightful smoothie bar. The facilities provided a great overall experience.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and warm, which was perfect for the Cusco weather. However, the lack of a view and the dim lighting in the courtyard made it feel less private than desired. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and thoughtful gestures like treats left in the room. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square, and the dining options, especially the smoothie bar, were a highlight of my trip.
